Also, you may confirm your Device EMC Number or Serial Number with us here by sending a message. We are receiving a lot of parts returns for compatibility issues. Apple Identifiers are sometimes difficult to find so don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance before placing your order.

SHIPPING

1. We ship out all orders to receive them Monday through Friday Only No Exception.
2. UPS and FedEx shipping options are available at the checkout Page for additional fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees and import taxes.
2. International orders may take several weeks longer than expected due to customs processing delays.

RETURN/WARRANTY POLICY

1. A DOA warranty, a 30-day warranty from the delivery moment, covers the item.
